What materials do you use?

I work primarily with recycled sterling silver, fine silver and occasionally gold, along with carefully chosen natural gemstones, crystals, and hand-picked sea glass from UK beaches. I’m passionate about sustainability and every piece is crafted with care using traditional techniques.

How is my order shipped?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked, so you’ll be able to follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

Orders to the USA, Canada, and Australia are shipped with tracked international services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your piece shining, store it in a dry place, avoid contact with water and chemicals, and polish gently with a soft cloth. Sea glass may benefit from a tiny rub of mineral oil over time to bring back its glow.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Because I create most rings as one-off pieces, resizing isn't always possible. I recommend double-checking your ring size before ordering. I’m happy to help you find your size or offer tips for measuring at home, just ask!

How long do custom pieces take?

Most custom orders take around 3–6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and my current workload. If you have a specific date in mind (like a birthday or anniversary), let me know as early as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders usually arrive within 3–4 working days from dispatch.

For USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, shipping typically takes 10–30 days, depending on customs and postal services in your country. Please allow extra time during busy seasons or in the event of customs delays.

Unfortunately, any delays caused by customs or adverse weather are beyond my control.

When will my order be dispatched?

I aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within 3–5 working days.

For custom pieces, the timeline will vary and I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as I cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, I do accept returns. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be faulty.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging.

Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

If you're ordering from outside the UK, you may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

I recommend checking your local customs policy for more information before ordering.

Do you accept custom or personalised orders?

Yes, I’m always happy to create custom pieces that are meaningful to you.

Once we’ve agreed on your design, full payment is required before I begin crafting your piece.

Please note that custom and personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. I’ll always do my best to ensure you're completely happy with your special piece.

Is gift packaging included?

Yes! All Lucea Jewellery pieces arrive in a beautiful gift box, ready to give or treasure for yourself.
