I’ve always been a collector of beautiful things. Crystals, pebbles, sea glass, little moments in nature that catch the light just right.
As a child, I spent hours exploring mossy forests, completely enchanted by ferns, fog, and the sparkle of dewdrops. These days, I find that same quiet magic not only in the forest but also along the British coast, where I collect sea-worn glass and inspiration in equal measure.
My style is organic, textured, and timeless. It is rooted in nature and shaped by emotion. I’m drawn to soft curves, raw edges, and materials that carry a sense of story. Every piece I create is intentionally imperfect, celebrating the character of handmade work and the natural elements I work with.
I choose to work with recycled silver and gold because I believe jewellery should last. I’ve had my share of pieces that tarnished, broke, or turned my skin strange colours, and I want better for the pieces I create. I want them to be loved, worn often, and maybe even passed down one day.
The name Lucea comes from Latin and means “bright” or “shining,” which felt just right. It’s also a quiet echo of my own name, Lucie, which shares the same meaning. Jewellery, to me, should shine not only with light but with soul.
Lucea Jewellery is a reflection of everything I love. Slow craftsmanship, meaningful materials, and wearable stories inspired by forest paths, crashing waves, and the treasures we carry close to our hearts.
