Each Lucea piece is created with care and intention in my studio in Essex, UK and prepared thoughtfully for its journey to you.

Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive carefully packaged in Lucea Jewellery branded packaging and securely boxed for safe transit.

All parcels are discreetly packaged for security. High-value items are double boxed to ensure additional protection.
Domestic UK Shipping

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are insured according to the value of the piece.

Orders under £150
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed For – £5.95
Includes tracking and insurance up to £150.

Orders £150 – £750
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day – £9.75
Fully tracked, insured up to £750 and guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch.

Orders over £750
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day – £19.75
Fully tracked and fully insured to the full purchase value. Signature required.

International Shipping

Lucea Jewellery ships worldwide (excluding EU destinations due to current GPSR regulations).

International postage is approximately £35, depending on the value of the parcel and destination. All international orders are fully tracked and fully insured for their purchase value.

Shipping is provided via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or trusted courier services such as DHL or FedEx, depending on the value of the piece.

Estimated delivery timeframe is 2–10 working days after dispatch, although customs processing times may vary.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please get in touch before placing your order to confirm accurate shipping costs and delivery options for your location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes required by their country.
Delivery Process
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery

Compensation is not provided for delays outside of the insured terms of the carrier.
