Return & Exchange Policy

I truly hope you fall in love with your Lucea piece the moment you open the box.

However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, whether it’s the size, the fit, or simply a change of heart, I am happy to discuss a return.

Please read the information below carefully before sending anything back.

Return Conditions

  • You have 7 days from receiving your piece to request a return.
  • Your jewellery must be in perfect, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Please email me at luceajewellery@gmail.com before posting anything back, so we can discuss the return and I can provide the correct return address.
  • Items sent back without prior agreement via email will not be accepted.
  • Lucea Jewellery does not refund original postage costs, packaging costs, taxes or duties.

Once the piece has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Earrings & Hygiene

In line with UK health and hygiene regulations, I am unable to accept returns on pierced earrings, unless there is a fault with the piece.

Thank you for understanding — this is to ensure safety for all customers.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces

Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery is created especially for you and therefore is not eligible for refund or exchange, unless faulty.

However, during your warranty period, certain adjustments or remakes may be possible depending on the piece.

If you have any concerns, please get in touch — I will always do my best to help.

Exchanges

If your piece is faulty or you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, I can offer a replacement where appropriate.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The jewellery must be unworn and in original packaging
  • Please email me before returning anything, so we can agree on the next steps
  • Items sent without prior agreement will not be accepted
  • Original postage, packaging costs, taxes or duties are not refundable

Lucea Jewellery is handcrafted in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces. I want you to feel confident and happy wearing your jewellery. If something isn’t right, please just reach out.
