Jewellery often marks life's most meaningful moments. Through a bespoke commission, a piece can be created that is deeply personal. A future heirloom, designed to be treasured for generations.

Whether you are celebrating an engagement, anniversary, milestone birthday, new chapter, or simply wish to create something uniquely your own, I will work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

At Lucea Jewellery, every bespoke piece is individually crafted by hand using traditional jewellery making techniques. Some designs begin as precious metal sheet and wire, while others are hand sculpted in wax using the ancient art of lost wax casting before being transformed into precious metal. Regardless of the method, each piece is thoughtfully created from start to finish and made exclusively for you.

The Bespoke Process

Initial Consultation

Our journey begins with a conversation. We will discuss your ideas, inspirations, preferred style, gemstones, precious metals, and investment range. Whether you have a fully formed vision or only the beginnings of an idea, I will guide you through the possibilities and help develop a design that reflects your story.

Design & Gemstone Selection

Following our consultation, I will create a bespoke design tailored specifically to you. Together we will explore gemstone options, metal choices, proportions, and design details until every element feels just right.

Quotation

Once the design has been finalised, I will provide a quotation.

As precious metal prices can fluctuate, quotations are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued. Should you wish to proceed after this period, the quotation may need to be revised to reflect current material costs.

Deposit & Creation

Once the design and quotation have been approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. This deposit secures your commission, covers the sourcing of gemstones and materials, and allows me to dedicate workshop time to creating your piece.

As all bespoke jewellery is created specifically for you and cannot be resold, the deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Throughout the creation process, I will keep you informed with carefully selected progress updates, allowing you to follow your piece as it comes to life.

Completion

Once your jewellery is complete, I will share photographs of the finished piece for your approval.

The remaining 50% balance is due before collection or dispatch. Once final payment has been received, your bespoke piece will be carefully packaged and either shipped securely or prepared for collection.
